Entrée - Taco Bar with Fillings: Variety of proteins (fried fish, grilled chicken, pulled pork, classic ground beef), toppings (jalapeno jack, cheddar, Cotija, iceberg, raw slaw, fajita veggies, epazote mushrooms, jalapenos, tomatoes, white onions, pickled radish, pico de gallo, Guacamole, salsa, sour cream, cilantro, green onions), 2 salads, veggies and dip, corn chips

Dessert: Warm Fruit Crumble with Chantilly, Beignets, and Fresh Fruit Platter
