The following leagues are available at Westmount:
Junior High Performance
Ages 12+. For junior curlers competing or wanting to compete in youth events or multi-sport athletes wanting to learn to play.
Focus on skill development, drills and preparing to compete.
Mondays, 3:45-5:15pm, starting October 27, 2025.
Junior Practice & Play
Ages 8-12. Weekly lesson plus practice and game play. Focus on skill development and the spirit of the game.

Monday Night Open
4-person. Team entry. Any combination of men/women. Teams are placed in divisions during or after the first session based on skill level. 6-end games at 6:15 pm / 8:00 pm.

4-person. Individual entry. Any combination of men/women on teams put together by the Curling Office.
6-end games at 12:15 pm.

Women’s Club Championships & Club Rep Qualification
Representing Westmount at the Club Championship Provincial Qualifiers
Curling Ontario has introduced updates to the Provincial Qualifier events for the Runback Brewing Club Championships. Westmount may enter two women’s teams through the pathways below.
Provincial Qualifying Windows
Spring Qualifying: April 11–12
- 4 Regional Qualifiers (1 team advances from each)
- Registration Deadline: March 16
Fall Qualifying: October 16–17
- 6 Zone Qualifiers (1 team advances from each)
- Registration Deadline: September 21
Teams may register for only one qualifier (Spring or Fall).
Pathway #1: Club Rep Qualifier
The winner of the Qualifying Round of Women’s Club Rep Playoffs (completed by March 10, 2026) qualifies for Spring or Fall Provincials.Seeding Round
- Game dates: January 6, 13, 20, 27 (Tuesday evenings)
- Determines seeding for the Qualifying Round
- Registration Deadline: December 27, 2025
- 8-end games with time clock
- Optional participation (non-participating teams receive lowest seed)

Pathway #2: Women’s Club Championship
The winner of the Women’s Club Championship (Final: April 18, 2026) qualifies for the Fall Provincial Qualifier.
- If Champion already holds a berth, the Runner-Up may represent Westmount.
- Seeding based on Club Rep Qualifier standings.
- Registration Deadline: February 28, 2026
- Games: March 17 (if needed), 24, 31; April 7, 14 (Tuesdays), 18 (Saturday)

Key Notes from Curling Ontario
Teams may enter one Provincial Qualifier only.
Clubs may send up to two teams per gender.
Teams from the same club may choose different qualifying windows.
Wednesday Open Warm-up
4-person. Team entry. This league is available to members wanting to start off the season fine tuning their skills and warming up for regular league play. This league provides couples and individuals a chance to play with different members and it opens the curling ice doors for new members wanting to meet curlers and join teams.
The Curling Office will put together the teams and schedule the games.
Draw time: 6:15 pm (& 8:00 pm if required). All games are 6 ends.

Wednesday Open League

The Mixed Club Championship Final will be an 8-end game played during Club Championships (Apr 18).

Saturday Jitney Curling
Individual entry, pick-up game. Arrive by 9:15 am to curl at 9:30 am.
Teams vary depending on who shows up to curl.
6 ends plus skills shootout for weekly prizes.
Most stay for breakfast/brunch and social time following curling.
The first Jitney is November 8, 2025.
